Very fast shipping; arrived 4 days after I placed the order. Very easy to install. Was installed onto the wall in less than 15 minutes. It blends well with my bedroom furniture, giving the room a cozy, romantic, and modern look, all at the same time. It heats up the room in minutes and maintain the warmth long after you' ve turned off the unit. I am happy with my purchase. Don't be discouraged by the pungent smell it emits the first time you turn it on; it goes away in no time at all.

Very fast shipping. Ordered it late on a Friday and it was delivered on the next Thursday. Very easy to install and set up. The "fire" is fairly realistic, but anyone who looks at it for more than 10 seconds will know it's not real. That being said, it is still a good copy of the real thing. The rocks that come along with it not only give it a modern look when it is turned off, but the way they glow when it is turned on, you would think they are real coals. The only thing that would make it better would be if it had some "crackle" sound effects now and then. Heat wise, I wouldn't plan on using this as serious heater for a room or anything. This is more of a cool, modern decorative item with the added bonus that you can turn on the heater for a little extra warmth.

Loved the look and finish of this fireplace on the website. However, after receiving it - very disappointed with the size. It is much smaller than both the picture and the dimensions show on the website. If you have a very small place or wall it may work, but I would not recommend it for a decorative fireplace. You could do better with a great piece of art! So disappointed!!

I just received this fireplace a week ago, still testing it out, so far I have no complaints, it look founderful it changed the hold look of my livingroom. You can feel the heat good, i have it in a big area and i can still feel the heat, it takes away the chill in the house nice.

The only thing is that its a little small than what it appears on the picture. But other than that, this product is great!

Really nice on the wall in the livingroom, but not the heat the other reviews say.. We have it actually above our couch (as an art piece) and the only person who can feel any heat is the person sitting directly under it.. BUT our livingroom is pretty big so that may be why it doesn't generate warmth...???

Flame effect picture is not true to effect. Rolling flames do not fill the height of the display opening. The black is a flat finish plastic product and reduces the impact of the wood trim. Somewhat disappointed. The sound of the blower on the low setting is something you notice, but isn't overpowering to conversation. Unit does produce sufficient heat for my 300 sq. ft. of space. Really wish the flame detail was more realistic and that the fan was quiet. Installation and ease of user controls is quite adequate-no disappointment there.

unit was delivered with a crack in the front panel, I did return it but chose not to have another one but unit was true to it's details, overstock was very good sending a return label and the credit was timely...love dealing with overstock

I like this unit. I t runs quietly, is easy to mount, and looks great for ambiance and decor I placed it in a large bedroom so it takes some time to warm up the entire room, but that is usual for this type of heater. Lots of oohs and ahhs from guests

It was super easy to install. Did it in 20 min by myself. The "fire" is really fake looking. I also needed to purchase a few more rocks because it looked very sparse when I placed them in the product.

was very easy to install.....can't get the remote control to work and there are two indentations on the front that is part of the building of the fireplace that kinda make it look cheaper then it does when you are 10 feet away from it...love the look of it when it is on, would purchse again

5 great reviews & I had high hopes. The box was not damaged at all; however, the front of the unit was scratched, the screws were stripped out & the entire one bracket was lying on the bottom of the box (found most of the screws). But when we plugged it in, it made a horrible scratchy sound! Back it went! NOTE: You better have a VERY modern-looking room to accommodate this particular fireplace. Most older homes (like mine) should stick to the traditional mantel type. Didn't bother putting the rocks in once we heard the terrible noise it made, but I don't think it was very realistic. But, then again, for the low price, eh...
