Noritake dishes
This set of dishes was a gift for my sister-in-law. They arrived promptly and my SIL liked them very much. Unfortunately, when she got to the bottom of the box, one of the dinner plates was broken. The O has been very agreeable with a credit for the damaged item. I would have preferred to have the dishes intact, but am very pleased with how Overstock resolved the situation. All in all, a good experience.
