After using this pan only two or three times, the coating on the pan came off in flakes. I was using it very carefully so that's not the reason for the defect. Had to throw it away and buy another pan because I use a wok a lot and I don't care to eat the coating off the pan all the time. That's not a good thing to do.
Nice, very light pan. It's a good size and depth for multiple uses. Like a good wok it gets hot very quickly, which, for a wok novice, means your food may get burned if you're not careful. I'm hoping it will stand the test of time, so far so good.
Initially, I was very pleased with the low cost of this wok skillet. I believe the reason it's so inexpensive is that the wok itself is quite flimsy, and tends to burn things because the metal is so thin. If you're willing to watch it carefully as it cooks, it should pose no problem. That's just not the way I cook.
It did what it's suppose to do. It's light and great for stir fry. I think this should come with a lid.
I have been looking for a pan like this for months! Unless you want to spend over $50, you can't find something close to this. Also very good for making fudge.
we have used this wok several times, and the food cooks well and clean-up is very easy(just warm soapy water)
