I had been searching for an inexpensive five-drawer dresser for several months, and finally decided on this one. It is a lovely dark wood, similar to real walnut. It goes well with my dark cherry and mahogany bedroom furniture. The drawers are deep, and the dresser is a good height. Overstock delivered this VERY HEAVY package for free! That was quite a deal. I live in a three-story townhouse so I simply took the package apart on the first floor and hauled it up piece-by-piece for assembly in my bedroom. It comes with everything you need, although an electric screwdriver is very helpful. It took me about 2-3 hours to put together by myself. Thanks Overstock!

Love this dresser. Such a nice look and great quality for the price. Was easy to assemble. Recommend having a adjustable electric screwdriver for assembly. Only downside was that screws weren't labeled. Otherwise a great product.

Very nice sturdy dresser, but you have to have the putting things together skills. They do have a 1-800 # that I would highly recommend you call if you are not sure how to put it together. The wood unit broke after doing something wrong, called the 1-800 # and they resent the pieces for free. Great customer service, 2nd time around it come out great.

I am so happy with this product. We needed a new dresser as we are having another baby and the other nursery pieces are cherry wood. Being on a budget, we did lots of looking and lots of rersearch. We finally decided to order this dresser and we couldn't be happier! It tok my husband a long time to put it together (2 hours on day 1, 2.5 hours on day 2) but that is the only negative, if you even consider that a negative. It looks fantastic and we have gotten comments on it from visiting friends and family. It honestly looks like a very expensive dresser, not a $200 one. It is sturdy and does not feel cheap at all. The drawers are nice and deep. We arer very happy and highly recommend!

Great purchase. Looks great in the bedroom. Set up time was a bit long but well wroth it. Original shipment arrived damaged but Overstock was excellent is taking care of this matter. they sent me a replacement ASAP. UPS asked me to donate the damaged item to charity.

It was a doozy to put together, but the finished product was well worth it. It looks absolutely stunning and I love how much attention it gets. I will buy another one for my son. Overstock does well when selecting quality products to market and sell to their clients. Oh yes, it has my last name, which signifies it belongs here.

It came in a heavy package - smaller than I anticipated, but many parts and screws. No damage or missing parts, so good start. It definitely took me and my husband a few hours to put it all together while the instruction was easy to follow and other reviews helped us prepare ourselves. The product has 5 drawers so naturally you need to repeat the same steps to put all 5 drawers together. Almost at the end of the assemble process when we tried to attach the top-front thin part that covers the gap between the top part and the top drawer, we realized that the 3 screws that came in a package were too short. Luckily we had some longer screws handy in our tool box and also used Gorilla glue to make sure it won't fall out. It turned out nice and we enjoy it.

For the price, this piece is a great chest of drawers. I knew ahead of time that assembly would be required, and though I'm not especially mechanically inclined, it was easy to follow the directions and the result was a very attractive dresser for my daughter. If you are on a budget and need or want a simple, attractive, chest of drawers, I do highly recommend this one.

I thought this would be a nice solid piece and the materials were good quality, but after hours of assembly, the drawers would not close correctly. I ended up throwing it out!!

The box was very heavy - took parts inside piece by piece. Some screws were missing, but I had reasonable substitutes. Thank heavens for electric screwdrivers! However I still needed my husbands help with assembly - the instructions were vague.

The Chest is beautiful and the drawers roll nicely. This is an excellent piece of furniture for the price. It is not high end furniture but perfect for my need and should last through the kids growing up. The only issues were that the Cherry color was darker than I'd hoped for. And, one piece of wood was broken but the company replaced it right away. Excellent customer service. Oh, even though they say not to use a power screw driver that was really the only way to do the job well.

Upon opening the box and pulling out all of the pieces for assembly, I discovered that the drawer bottoms, back panel, and other pieces were actually cardboard with a wood print applied. the legs were moulded plastic not resembling wood in any way. even the fasteners needed to hold the pieces toether were very cheap plastic. handles and hardware were bad quality as well

I got this dresser based upon the look and price, it also had some really nice reviews. I'm not sure if mine was just messed up, because I followed the instructions exactly-even had my father assist me. HOWEVER, the assembly (which seemed like a good concept ) was a NIGHTMARE! The pieces that go into the holes in the corners, allowing for the sides to snap together were not successful. I was told that this might have been because they are plastic and not metal, therefore, not heavy duty. When we got everything together, it would not hold together. The dresser would stand but if it was moved at all, it would fall apart. I had to glue the sides and put screws through in a few places. Also, the bottom drawer is crooked. Because of this inconvenience, it took days to reach completion & my father was extremely annoyed! The product that I received was definitely NOT worth the price. Overall, it looks great, it was simply a massive pain in the ass to put together.

It seems to be solidly constructed with a reasonably realistic finish look except for the front feet which are plastic and look like it. Drawer slides work very well and I have rather heavy loads in them. Assembly was rather lengthy because the hardware was not labeled and there was no actual size chart to compare to. I followed instructions and didn't use electric screwdriver and there's a lot of screws. But no striped threads or blowouts. Heavy, as you should expect with engineered wood. All in all, I'm very pleased with this item. With better instructions and better feet it would rate 5 stars.

Product very nice quality for the price. Easy assembly, boyfriend and I completed it together within two hours. Drawers slide out very smoothly and have extensions on them. Hardware was complete including pen to touch up color in the future for and scratches or dents. Color slightly darker than the picture. I would buy this dresser again!

This is a good quality dredder for the money. There are a lot of parts to put it together, but once done it looks great.
