Incredible Blender! This blender is professional quality through and through. I bought it as a bar tending tool and it tears up ice. Before I got a feel for it I was pulverizing the ice to the point were the ice was practically undetectable. Now that I have a little better feel for it crushed ice is crushed and when the drink recipe calls for a smoothie effect that is a no effort task for this powerful machine. It is not a juicer but has no problem powering through whole bananas, pears and apple slices, all pealed. It tears through frozen ice cream as if to say " Is that all you got" and then laughs at you. The two single serving blending containers are nice to have even though I haven't used them yet. If you are looking for a pro blender this is a very good one.

Move Over Vitamix! So surprised that The Ninja Ultima Blender is so far -- great! Love the Single Serve cups and how you don't have to use the large pitcher for making a single smoothie. Didn't realize it does so many thing, chops, crushes ice and the small recipe book is nice. Go on line to Ninja.com to get more recipe's for free. Easy to clean (but be cautious about blades, very sharp)
