I bought one of this trash can for my self about 3 years ago and when friend and family come over to my house they always ask where i bought it and i send them to overstock site . this one i got for my sister in law an d she love it and i am i sure she will have it for a few years because its a well made trash can and what i love most about it is that if the top and bottom get broken you can order either part from the nine stars.

Broken
the lid won't open automatically after 2 months. I changed the battery but still not working.

Nice stainless steel garbage can, what can you say. WOW, its a garbage can. It does look sharp though and the automatic lid is kinda neat. Only complaint is it is drop shipped with nothing but the cardboard box it would be on display at the store in. As a result UPS put a dent in the side of it. Pushed it out from the inside and turned it toward the wall, what are you going to do.

Had it less than a month and already the lid won't close. The sensor only opens the lid, can't even close the lid with the manual button. Sending it back, getting a replacement. Hopefully that one will work.
