Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight and maintain at least two feet between furniture and heat sources. Aniline and Protected leathers are especially sensitive to direct sunlight. Use a professional cleaner to help resist staining and prevent overall soiling.

couch was great patterned items not so great
I have already given away and replaced the printed parts...they just weren't me

broken couch and unpleasant experience thereafter
This couch arrived in 3 large boxes and required quite a bit of assembly. After inspection of the individual pieces it was apparent that at least 4 pieces of the couch were broken - likely in shipping. Some of the pieces were made of VERY thin plywood, likely 1/8th inch thick. It was clear that it would not take much effort to push though and break them through the leather. In dealing with the return, i was run around for 4 weeks with 2 separate shipping attempts. The 1st never arrived and then 2nd i received replacement parts from a bed frame i had ordered from a completely separate order from Overstock. Overall, poor quality on the couch, and a miserable time in fixing / replacing the pieces. Fed up i demanded a return and have since received my money back, but 4 weeks wasted and completely frustrated with Overstock.

LOVE THIS COUCH. THE CUSHIONS ARE VERY FIRM, BUT STILL COMFORTABLE. IT HOLDS ITS SHAPE AND SHOWS VERY NICE. GREAT COUCH FOR THE PRICE

This piece is wonderful. For the money it is a steal. Came in about a week. Easy to put together. The ottaman is a heavy fabic which shows no signs of any wear. These pieces are in our family room and are used all the time. The picture does not do justice to this furniture. I was amazed at how comfortable and how fast it got here. The best part is that the sectioanal can be moved to the right or the left so if we move it will be able to fit in anywhere. Recommend to all if you are looking for dark brown colored sectional. The only down size was all the card board. It took 3 weeks to get rid of it in our reclying bin. Thanks O for a wonderful product and not having to run around to furniture stores!!

Not too bad for a blended leather.
Ive never bought anything this large online before so I was aprehensive but it wasnt too bad. Delivery was quite fast but the boxes were a bit damaged when delivered. The delivery drivers ensured it wasnt them and we wrote down and documented all of it. The items werent damaged inside other than the torn bottom piece to the chaise lounger. Cant see it when sitting on the lounger as it is underneath but I am in talks with O.com about replacing that piece. I hope they can come through. Well worth the $ when you cant afford the real thing. Oh also the end cushion to the chaise is vecro underneath I was worried it would wiggle off if it didnt have that but it does!

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Not too bad other than this is the 1st month ive had it.The bottom seems very delicate it is made with a thin sheet of cover and velcro. It was ripped right out of the box.
