Nicole Heriz Heat-set Emerlen Rug (7'9 x 9'6)

We have had this rug for a year, and it is great. No shedding or anything. We ordered the Navy Blue, and it is true to picture. I will be ordering another one as we are moving house, and have lots more room. Definitely recommend this rug.

This is a great value. It looks exactly like the photo, the colors and pattern are all beautiful and very clear. The rug feels soft and plush. There was a little bit of a "plastic-y" smell when it first arrived, but it disappeared within a day or so. Buy a rug pad to put under it - it's a MUST.

I love this rug! I purchased the burgundy with navy blue trim. I'm always skeptical when purchasing products online because the colors and/or quality never seem as pure as they do in the image, but everything advertised on the product along with the image were astoundingly true! The colors are a rich combination of navy blue and burgundy.Additionally, the rug was delivered within the estimated date, so if delivery is a concern you need not worry.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering this item online, but I used the "chat with a customer service rep" feature to ask questions about the specific colors. She was very helpful and was able to clarify whether the online picture colors were true to the product. I ordered the ivory, and the accent color that may appear to be green in the photo is actually a smokey gray/blue. This is a truly beautiful, plush rug that looks great and feels great. The size works well in my 16' x 19' great room, but would do well in a somewhat smaller room, too. I believe the print is not as busy as the photo depicts, but that was a plus for me. And I received it only three days after ordering!
