I love my mirrors so much. To be honest, when I received it, it was broken. I called and they immediately replaced it in 2 days, free of charge. Now that it is up, I love it and it really completes the room. You can not go wrong.

i love this mirrors! they totally converted my apt to look glamorous...keep in mind they are a little difficult to install- make sure you own a good drill

I recieved all pieces intact(none broken). They look great. I havent put it up on the wall yet but the hangers looks kinda week.

I was very happy to find this item, since I was envisioning something like it for my new apartment. I had seen some other reviews for it and thought the shipping might be an issue but was pleasently surprized when it arrived so quickly. One of the 6 panes was broken but just like the other reviewers said; they replaced it right away with absolutely no hassel. In my case the replacement pane came in just a couple of days and the overall installation wasn't too hard either. I was able to do it by myself in just a couple of hours. I don't think you can find a product like this for the same price. This was a very good deal and the company seems very reliable.

Thank god the people from the company who manufactuer these mirrors enclosed their information. As soon as you open the box there was a paper with their contact information if you were missing any pieces or any were damaged. Thank god for that because as soon as a opened the box, I found that all of the mirrors were completely broken and the entire order was damaged. One phone call to the mirrortek people and they took care of everything, I was able to get a new set free of charge. I actually went to the company and picked them up directly to ensure I would get them damage free. If you live in the NY or NJ area thats a good option if you find yourself with a box full of glass from the shipping company. If you can't they will ship you another set. ONce I got them assembled they looked great on my wall.

From what I can tell thus far this looks nice, but I have yet to recieve every peice. This is my first time ordering something so fragile, but after two different shipments, each with broken pieces, I only have 4 of the 6 panels so far. If you don't mind waiting 3-4 months and calling the distributer each time you get a broken shipment in than I guess its a good buy... so far its just been a pain in the neck for me.
