I absolutely love this product! We have had this product for at least 1 month and with a cat and a heavy smoker in the house, you can hardly tell it anymore! This product is extremely quiet and efficient! I was skeptical about this purchase, despite its rave reviews, but very glad I made this purchase, there is no doubt in my mind it was a wise decision!! This product is FANTASTIC!

My husband always complains and says once he comes into our appt., that's when the sneezing and stuffy nose begin! Why he did, who knows, but he kept turning it off after it had been on for a while! Sure enough, once turned back on, his symptoms and my asthma symptoms completely went away! When on, you barely even notice the thing! It's almost like having an oscillating fan on high, just somehow not as disturbing! We love it! Well worth the money spent!

After a year this unit started reeking. I have no idea the odor is coming from. I washed the filter, cleaned the unit and all but nothing seems to fix the problem. It's supposed to clean the air not the other way around. Waste of money.

This one doesn't seem to clean the air at all. In fact, the filter doesn't even get dirty. I have a couple of Living Air ones that have been excellent and this one looks just like them, but it just doesn't get rid of odors, etc., and it is in my kitchen. It is supposed to clean the air in at least a 3,000 sq. ft. area, but it doesn't take care of 500 sq. ft.

We put this product to work and noticed a significant difference in the air quality within minutes. The unit is small so it is not intrusive, but is powerful. It's pretty quiet too, although you can hear it. After a few minutes, it becomes white noise. But most noticibly, the air in our basement, which tends to be dank and mildewy, is now delightfully fresh. The cat box odor is undetectable. We're delighted.

We had another purifier and we were happy with it's performance, but it wasn't big enough for the area we were using it in, so when we saw this one online, we thought we would try it. We have been using it consistently since we got it about 3 weeks ago, and have been extremely happy with it. No odors, less dust, and EXTREMELY QUIET at the setting we use during the day. At night, we run it on high, but during the day, we dial it down to half the max setting, and you can barely hear it. Before we got the purifiers, our sinus's were always bothering us, but since, things have gotten a lot better, even with the pollen count being at highest levels (in Florida). For the price, you can't beat it, buy one today!

I have two dogs and one cat. While I am a clean person ,I have been noticing my house has had a bit of an "animal" smell lately.While air freshners' do help cover it up...my air purifer has totally eliminated the smell/problem. I LOVE IT!

I bought the New Comfort 5 stage purifier because I always have trouble sleeping due to allergies, especially during the spring and summer months, which is made even worse when I run and bike outside...which I do all the time when weather permits. However using this purifier every day (I never turn it off) I always sleep great, never any problems sneezing or unable to breathe well (this past allergy season I didn't even have to take any antihistamines, as this worked better than any pill i've taken and with none of the side effects), any athletes out there with allergy problems will benefit from this device.

I have dry skin and I thought this air cleaner would pick up larger dust but it doesn't do the work. This air cleaner has an awkward design because it picks up from the rear which faces the wall so it won't clean the air when there are larger particles. Every single filter out there sucks up air from the front.. These guys created this lousy, expensive filter with a flawed design.

Just amazing; my home is in the Desert, Southwest. It's always dusty. When the write up for this machine said it could clear 3,000 sf. I thought, you're kidding. My house is only 1200 sf. So I'm thinking it's got to be huge, since there were no real measurements in the write up. So imagine my surprise, when this small, but compact, attractive air purifier showes up. I took it out and said, NO WAY. THEY MUST HAVE MEANT 300 SF. Well, so far, it's worked beautifully, infact, at some point I actually smelled "fresh air"; not easy to do in Scottsdale in the summer, when it's 115 degrees and humid. My son and I both smoke, and it's kept the house clear and fairly clean, considering all the dust and smoke it's up against. I think 1 more will probably do the trick, though, because I know it's not as efficient trying to do the "whole house" without some more help. Thanks Overstock.com, this also helps with my allergies, which I "acquired" after moving here....lol

Our family room only has to be dusted once a week now where before we were always trying to stay on top of the dust almost daily. Air is so much fresher!

The air purifier was supposed to purify up to 3000 ft. and my place is no more than 1700ft., The air did not smell purified at all. i also thought that the product was supposed to be quite a bit bigger. The filter got dirty very quickly as well, but maybe that is due to the dry desert i live in.

Only had for a couple of weeks, but seems to be working as advertized. Will be getting another one in the not to distant future. Between the two we should have our entire (though small) manufactured home covered. Expect it will clear the entire house. Definitely notice the difference in the bedroom and hall way.

it works and when it does it cleans the air, not so sure its worth the money and too busy to bother returning the product with the fan getting stuck...all in all I have it and I will make the best of it.

I use this in my cabin who's previous owners smoked and I can't seem to get that musty smell out. I set this running and in a short while you can't smell the must. Renters have never complained of the smell since running this.

Had product for a year. Have cleaned it as recommended and just have been so unhappy with it. Allergies and asthma a problem in my home, and this just has not helped at all. Looking for new Air Purifiers.

This product must be a scam. I got this as a birthday present from my husband. We were skeptical about its claim that it would clean up the air up to 3000sqft given the price, but we gave it a chance because of many good reviews we saw on Overstock. When we opened up the box, we became really concerned because the instructions are written in poor English filled with mistakes. We tried to see the product on the manufacturer's website but it wasn't even listed. We kept it on for 5 months. The air quality did not change at all, and also it did not take away odor from cooking. It is just an expensive fan. The proof is in its filters; after 5 months of its use, they stayed superclean, spotless! We live in dusty West Texas with a cat, and our house is about 3000 sqft. What kind of air cleaning did it do?

We have had ours for about 1 year now and it is non-functional. It does not actually do anything to the air other than a small filter and a very small UV bulb that has no real power to kill bacteria and viruses in the air. The unit is simply too small. We bought a Blue Air unit for about double the price and got triple the cleaning action, literally, that what we expected on the first day. With 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a child who has sensitive allergies, the other unit has already outperformed this unit in every way. This unit was basically a sound machine for our bedroom. Save your money and get a sound machine if you need to white noise to sleep or buy another unit.
