I had this for about a year and it worked just fine then one day it just stopped. No reason. I was there in the room and it just plain quit. I went on the website for repair or replacement and the company apparently doesn't make these anymore and tells you that you can send it back for a credit towards another one that it REALLY expensive. No, I want this one fixed. I don't want a newer model. They say that fixing these models are more expensive then purchasing new. Well that stinks and makes it REALLY expensive to fix if they're telling the truth. I'm pretty disgusted with the company really.Read More
It unite is in an attractive Acryle Case. The problem is it is very loud and it does not not seem to be circulating 3,000 sq, ft. of air and it does not seem to be cleaning any dust out of the air. A light is on, but you don't know if that is removing germs. I am very disappointed in the purchase. I still have to contact the Company and the book that comes with is not very helpful and it gives you no information on the Company, their address or phone number. I had to call OverStock. Com, Customer Service, which is always excellent. Even the Customer Service Agent had a very difficult time on finding information on the product.Read More
