  • Works like a "CHARM"

    Purchased this air purifier for use at my business (I own a small motel). We are able to eliminate almost any odor with use of this device for only a short period of time. Smoke smell, stale food, mold or must, chicken meat, dirty laundry etc. It works just like it's supposed to. I will be buying several more for commerical use!

why does the room have to be unattended, when other UV air purifier do not say you have too cowdinda on Feb 9, 2013

Because it uses Ozone. New Comfort Air Purifiers (also listed on Overstock) has the features of Ozone being optional (where you can run it while in the room) but this model they are asking about the way it removes odors is by using Ozone (similar to how a storm does). This is the commercial model and it produces enough Ozone that the room should not be occupied while its running. So they customer returns after an hour and opens the windows to let the Ozone out and the air is clean and fresh with no odor. This is the only way to get rid of strong odors like smoke. If they dont have a strong odor like that then I suggest the other New Comfort Air Purifiers which can be run while the room is occupied. overstockcustomercare1 on Feb 12, 2013
