I was so excited about my new (refurbished) Nespresso machine that on my first morning I forgot to button all but a top button on my work shirt. I rode the train and the elevator and got to my desk before I realized that I was dressed like Lou Diamond Phillips in Stand and Deliver. Made a perfect espresso with pleanty of crema. For a refurbished machine, it came out of the box like new (only the manual and literature seemed used).

Overall, I am very satisfied with this product, but upon cleaning under the unit recently, I noticed a small amount of water sitting on my countertop. It's best to take the container with the used capsules out after use and let it dry. I didn't realize this container could have a little standing water. Anyway, other than that minor detail, it's great. I definitely recommend getting the refurbished warranty though.
