This is cooler is fantastic this is the 3rd one I have had in fifty years of marriage I have bakes roasted slow cooked and even fried with this pot once you use it you will keep on using it my first one I gave to my daughter she wanted one my second one I wanted red to leave out on my counter to show off and I used it just about every day . When we moved the mover snapped of the heat knob husband fixed so I could give it to my granddaughter we all use them love them and as I said it cooks everything for us even the cheapest cut of meat comes out like butter.
