Beautiful light fixture, love the over sized drum and the "crystal" fixtures ( they are plastic). Assembly of the chandelier was easy after deciphering the diagram that came on the instructions, but in the end you can attach the crystals however you wish. Love the drum shade, however the screws that hold the shade together are an eyesore. It would have been nice if the screws were black to blend in with the shade, but they could easily be painted if bothersome. Installation was easy since we were just replacing a new home standard light fixture, so no complaints there. Looks beautiful over our round dining room table and the light really shines downward where you need it to, and casts great shadows on the walls. Another plus is that the bulbs come with the fixture and they are standard chandelier bulbs so not too expensive when it comes time to replace. Received 20% off of the price so I would say it's a great price for the statement light fixture!Read More
I ordered a few of these for my new retail space and can not WAIT to get them up and lit. They are absolutely HUGE so make sure you are aware of that compared to the space you are putting it in. The one I have open measures 24" across and 12" high, slightly larger than the specs on the product page. I thought I knew how big that would be but I was completely surprised at just how large they are. Otherwise, they are stunning in design and I know will make the impact I mean for them to in the space I am designing.Read More
I love this funky lamp. I was surpised at how gigantic it is though. Recommended for rooms with higher ceilings unless you like the funky look of a huge light fixture.Read More
Questions & Answers
Hi amyesan12, the wire can be shortened if needed. Professional installation is recommended. Thanks for shopping with us.
does this hang by a chain? If so how long please? Also, the shade looks chrome on the inside, but brown on outside. Is this correct? If not, what color is the shade/drum?
Thank you for your inquiry. The wire that holds up the item is 76.75-inches long. The shade itself is brown with a inner bottom chrome lining.
The shade is actually BLACK not brown. The lining on the inside is chrome and this piece holds the entire shade together. The screws are also chrome which are visible from the outside.
