Hubby and I have had this mattress for a year and a half and are sleeping well on it. We put a featherbed topper on it, and haven't had any problems with troughs or permanent depressions in the areas we sleep, etc, that other reviewers have mentioned. In fact, the mattress is still like new except for one small issue, the fabric covering the filling is thin on the bottom, and where we have lifted the mattress to tuck in our sheets, it has gotten some holes. No big deal, really, as you can't see them when the bedding is on it and it doesn't interfere with performance at all. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and look forward to going to bed each night!Read More
While this is a firm mattress, it seems to keep a trough where you lay. This trough does not go away. I rotate the mattress weekly and the trough stays. This is okay if you lay in the same spot each night, but you are laying on a slant if a few inches over to either direction.Read More
This bed is a piece of garbage. It failed after two years of use. I now have lower back pain from sleeping on this bed. The worst part of dealing with this mattress company, is that they will not live up to their warranty. Since there are two small stains on the mattress, they voided the warranty. I would look to some other company.Read More
We purchased a Nature's Rest Queen bed 10 years ago at Jordan's Furniture. We recently decided to upgrade to a King, and found out that Jordan's no longer carries this particular Latex bed. We drove to the nearest place in MA that carried them and found the model closest to our old bed. I then called the manufacturer to find out which model name listed on Overstock matched the model we wanted. We got the bed for $400 less on Overstock, and with free white glove delivery. We LOVE this bed. It is amazingly comfortable. I would NEVER go back to a spring bed. Unlike memory foam, latex actually keeps you cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Both my husband and I sleep so soundly in this bed- even on the occassional night that 3 kids join us! This is a wonderful bed, at a GREAT price! We got the Solitude, which in my opinion is the most comfortable and at the best price point.Read More
The mattress was exactly what we wanted. I was a bit worried about purchasing a mattress online but we tested a similar one in stores and we were convinced this was the one for us. Shipping took several weeks due to the mattress and box spring being bulk. However, it did arrive ahead of schedule and the delivery people called a day ahead to schedule a delivery time. When it arrived, the delivery staff were friendly. They unpacked the mattress and set it up in the room. They also removed any packing material. Both the mattress and box spring arrived with no damage. A wonderful shopping experience.Read More
I love this bed! I had a temperpedic bed years ago and it took me about 5 days to adjust to the firmness. I didn't have any kind of adjustment to this bed at all. It doesn't have any smell. It is COMFORTABLE and I am so HAPPY that it is MINE! My only request would be that the mattress be able to be purchased as a separate item from the box springs. I have a platform bed and didn't need the box springs.Read More
I was having back issues and it turns out it was our spring mattress which was not that old. My husband and I both like the mattress and will be purchasing another one like it for our guest bedroom. In fact, I also will probably not be purchasing another Spring mattress after the comfort of this one. I believe that latex is also a green alternative to traditional mattresses which is an added bonus. The only negative is that there tends to be a little compression on both sides where we sleep, which causes a bit of a "hump" in the center. Have had this with every king mattress I have ever owned. Would still purchase.Read More

Best Pillow-top Mattresses for Back Pain
The key to a good night's sleep when you have chronic back pain is as simple as choosing a good pillow-top mattress. Choosing the best mattress involves knowledge of your personal needs and preferences. To get a comfortable night's sleep, start by choosing a pillow-top mattress made from the right materials for you. Next, choose your preferred thickness. Finally, have firm sleep support underneath the cushions of the pillow-top. Below, you'll learn the best pillow-top mattresses for back pain. Choose the materials: Pillow-top mattresses are made from a variety of materials, so choosing the one that is right for you can make all the difference in the world. People with muscle pain should consider down pillow-top mattresses, which provide a cocoon to sleep in. Those with back issues will generally prefer memory foam pillow-top mattresses, which conform to the body and offer consistent support to areas like the lower back. However, it is important to check the manufacturer's information regarding the recommended weight allowances for these types of pillow-tops. Consumers who are heavier than the recommendations may find that the pillow-top cushion compresses in uncomfortable ways, leaving the mattress lumpy. Determine the thickness: Pillow-top mattresses come in a variety of thicknesses, from just 2 inches to 8 or more inches deep. Like choosing the right materials for your pillow-top, choosing the right depth is vital to getting a good night's sleep. Thinner pillow-top mattresses will allow more of the support from the remainder of the mattress to come through and will not develop body indentations as pronounced as those in a deep pillow-top. Pillow-top mattresses that are too soft may fail to provide back support and cause an increase in back pain. However, deep pillow-top mattresses are excellent for customers who suffer from fibromyalgia or other chronic pain. Check the warranty: Just as you would with any other purchases of its size, check the warranty of your pillow-top mattress. Most manufacturers will provide limited, pro-rated replacement warranties for manufacturer's defects, and some will provide a "comfort guarantee." Others may have specific conditions that must be met in order to maintain the warranty, such as having a boxed spring by the same manufacturer. Take note of any special conditions for the warranty and keep the paperwork. View All Mattresses Back to Guides Directory View All Mattresses

However, having so many options can make it a little confusing. Learning about the different mattresses that are available can simplify your decision and help you find just the right bed.

Before purchasing a box spring, it's necessary to think about size, quality and value, as well as comfort. The right box spring can make or break a mattress purchase, so shop wisely and take the time to select the box spring that's right for your bed. To select a box spring, good research and patient shopping are the keys to success.
How to Choose Mattress Pads
Mattress pads serve a variety of functions. They add comfort to your mattress, they change its texture, and they protect it from stains. Finding the right mattress pad can be tricky, but it's not impossible. Take a look at the article below to learn how to choose mattress pads.

Why Baby Mattress Ratings Matter
When you're buying a crib mattress, paying attention to baby mattress ratings can help you find the best mattress for your baby. Baby mattress ratings are particularly helpful when you're shopping for baby mattresses online, since you won't be able to look at a sample in the store. Crib mattress ratings can help parents choose the best baby mattresses for their child's age and sleeping habits. Reading baby mattress customer reviews and ratings, however, can be confusing; different parents are sometimes looking for different qualities in a crib mattress. The following tips can help you determine what to look for in crib mattress reviews and why baby mattress ratings matter.
