Our factory is the only one of its kind in the U.S.A. and uses the Talalay process, a six-step eco-friendly production method that transforms the milk of the tropical rubber tree into the world's finest latex foam. This process makes high quality, consistent, breathable and resilient materials and the trees are able to be used again in the future.
The Talalay process features natural, biodegradable ingredients that come from renewable resources and water-based raw materials: natural latex, air and water. We're so concerned about the environment that our factory is even designed to be energy efficient and lowers the amount of water and electricity needed in the manufacturing process.
LI's process does NOT use solvents. It does NOT damage the ozone layer. We do not have to use scrubbers or external filtration as we do not emit harmful elements into the air.

Just received my pillows and am very happy. Perfect height for side sleepers, woke up feeling refreshed and rested. Very comfortable and supportive. Worth every penny. Took pillows out of plastic and allowed to air out for several hours, did not notice and odor at bedtime.
This pillow is great. I have looked for a solid latex pillow in stores for years. I have only been able to find memory foam or just foam core pillows. This pillow is exactly what I wanted. The foam is supportive but not hard. It bounces back to its original shape after you get up.While it is quite expensive for a pillow, the quality seems very good. There was little to no odor when I opened the package. The foam looks just like the picture. There is no cover with it. I had my own cover, so this was fine.I have been sleeping on it for about a month now and I really like it...it's perfect for me as I am a side sleeper. This pillow is not quite as tall as what the measurements seem to indicate, however I find it just slightly too high for sleeping on my back (I actually have to put my shoulders up on the pillow in order not to strain my neck). I am hoping that after more use, it will break in a bit and not be quite as high. My husband sleeps on his back and stomach and found it way too high. I ordered a low profile version of this pillow for him, but it surprisingly offered very little support. When he laid on it, his head was at the same level as the mattress. We sent the low profile version back.
We are completely satisfied with our purchacse of these firm, latex, low profile pillows.
I'm in love with this pillow!!!!!!!! For years I have dealt with not being able to get a good night sleep because of the pain most pillows cause after a few hours in my neck. This pillow is absolutely wonderful....I have been sleeping through the night and even the headaches I use to have, are improving. Finally a product that stands up to its claim!
