The Talalay process features natural, biodegradable ingredients that come from renewable resources and water-based raw materials: natural latex, air and water. It's a wonderful pillow, the problem for me is it's too thin and I have to put 2 on top of each other.. that said, I tried their high loft and found no significant difference, so returned the high loft and bought 2 more low loft... problem now is pillow cases... but with 2 each, they're super...
Pillow is low profile would have preferred a medium loft. Had also purchased the high loft and developed neck pain.
it's a great pillow that offers support if you like a pillow that doesn't flatten after you use it. the included cover is great so that the pillow doesn't get dirty. I would recommend this pillow, I love it.
This is a wonderful pillow, it never sags or flats like my regular pillow did. It feels great after hours of sleeping, I wake refreshed and no neck pain (which I've had for years). I even gave one to my mother who is going through menopause and is dealing with the hot flashes, and she loved that this pillow didn't get hot like her regular pillow did. I also love the fact that it comes with a five year warranty, it appears they really believe it in their product as well.
