The delivery was wonderful so I was off to a good start. The delivery guy also let me open the box and check around before he left. The fountain is made out of slate, so it's really heavy. The slate looks like stone and the seams aren't 100% perfect, hence the price. Notes: Two screws appeared to be missing for attaching the top to the base. Fountain is louder than I expected and reaching the pump to change the level is difficult. I have the fountain on the lowest level and it's still pretty "talkative", maybe because of the steps(?) Not really a peaceful-sounding fountain, more like a rapidly babbling brook. Nevertheless, I am happy and my entrance is now feng-shui! In spite of all of your tricks with prices etc and storing my information even when I visit other sites, which annoys me, I am happy with the purchase. The fountain is not super perfect, but that was reflected in the price, and I enjoy it and am very relieved it has not leaked after a month.
