I bought this bed for my 12 year old daughter. It looks nice but It's not very sturdy quality is just average. Very cute. It could fit in a small size room. The footboard was damaged. I emailed pics to HomeStyles and I received footboard same week, no hassle. It took my husband hourssssssssssssss to put the bed together, and he is handy. I'm thinking about moving it to the guest room and getting her something else.Read More
Beautiful heavy bed. Very sturdy. A bit difficult to put the posts on, but still a great buy! Just love it. Girls fighting over whose room it goes in.Read More
Bed came with a fast delivery and in good condition. It looks exactly like the photo. Setup was easy, all you need is included in the box. I'm a 5,5 125lb female and I did it all myself. But I have to say, some of the boxes were heavy to carry up the stairs. It's very sturdy and looks great. If you like the photo than go ahead and buy it!Read More
Questions & Answers
Thank you for your question c5grand. A regular metal bed frame will not fit in between the bed rails. Have a great day.
How high is the frame from the floor to the canopy? Also what is the height from the floor to the frame? I am trying to measure to accommodate a ceiling fan, and under bed storage. Thank you.
Hello mezzasega, the height from the floor to the bottom of the bed rail is 6.5?. If you have any additional questions please feel free to let us know. Thank you for shopping with us!
Does this bed have the option of having the canopy on or off? Meaning... do you have the choice to change it down to the four poster bed and leave the canopy off. So, in other words the bed will look like the 4 poster bed? And also, take the four posters off and have just a queen platform bed? (I have read this bed does come in three pieces.) So... is it convertable for 3 different looks?
Thank you for your question pebbles1303. Yes, you can remove or leave off the top post on the headboard and footboard. However, there will be visible holes where they normally attach. Have a great day.
With the way this frame looks, the bottom does not look like it can support box spring or mattress. Does it require a metal frame underneath and can the metal frame fit with the horizontal slats across the bottom? Is this solid wood or composite wood?
Thank you for your question tiff890. There are wooden slats that support the box spring and mattress. The bed is constructed of hardwood solids and engineered wood in a smooth, white finish. Have a great day.
You don't need a metal frame, the box spring and mattress go on top of the wooden slats provided
Is the finish a matte white or white lacquer? I have similar white lacquer furniture that I am hoping it will match...
Hello jenkacz, thank you for your interest in the Naples Queen Canopy Bed. The finish is a satin finish with some sheen, but not a lot and definitely not a high glass lacquer. Thank you for shopping with us, and have a great day!
