Gina Perez I got this because I liked the way it looked. Maybe it cooks pizza really well (I never tried it) but everything else is in trouble. It can't even do toast. It either burns or under-cooks everything. It's also hard to adjust. Waste of money.

Cheesy product This product is made cheaply. The major issue is that the door won't stay closed. There is no mechanism in the design for securing the door shut to begin toasting -- no magnet or latch or lock. In addition the rack and pan are flimsy. I'm not sure how it could have received good ratings from other consumers unless I just happen to get a "lemon".
