Inside rack and tray holder are missing the piece that holds the rack in place, therefore the unit can not be used. I am returning this product. Am disappointed in the overall quality. will search for something upgraded.

Our daughter hadn't had the time to buy a new toaster oven that her and her family desparately needed. We sent them the Multifunctional Pizza Toaster Oven and they absolutely love it and use it often.

This product is made cheaply. The major issue is that the door won't stay closed. There is no mechanism in the design for securing the door shut to begin toasting -- no magnet or latch or lock. In addition the rack and pan are flimsy. I'm not sure how it could have received good ratings from other consumers unless I just happen to get a "lemon".

• How accurate was the on site description of the product? Inaccurate. It is described as being a large capacity oven. It's actually very tiny and I find it hard to believe one could fit a pizza -- other than a few slices of Ellio's -- in there.
