I have not had neck or back pain in the morning since the day I got this pillow. It was hard to get used to at first but worth the effort. It's not good for stomach sleepers but that's hard on your back anyway. My husband is warming up to his too.
The pillow is reasonably comfortable, but the cushioning is already starting to break down within the pillow and get bunchy (and I've only been using the pillow less than a month). I think I like the design of the pillow, but next one I get will be better quality. May not be a bad purchase if you want to try the recessed center.
This was much firmer than I expected. Can't use as intended. Perhaps I didn't read carefully on firmness. If you need a REALLY firm contour pillow, then this is the one.
I was excited to try this pillow but it was uncomfoatable. One side was too small and the other too big. It made my neck feel a little better but then started to hurt my back. It says you cannot return after opening so I wasted money again.Very disappointed...

This pillow seems well-made and is marketed for a side-sleeper who needs neck support, which describes me. It even has different sizes of neck support, so I was sure one side or the other would be perfect. But I am 5'2", and am apparently a little short for this pillow. It's also just a tad harder than I would like. However, I am keeping it anyway, because with arthritis and a compressed disk in my neck, I have a feeling I'll eventually need more neck support, at which time the pillow will probably work for me. The quality is very good.
