This was much firmer than I expected. Can't use as intended. Perhaps I didn't read carefully on firmness. If you need a REALLY firm contour pillow, then this is the one.
I was excited to try this pillow but it was uncomfoatable. One side was too small and the other too big. It made my neck feel a little better but then started to hurt my back. It says you cannot return after opening so I wasted money again.Very disappointed...

This pillow seems well-made and is marketed for a side-sleeper who needs neck support, which describes me. It even has different sizes of neck support, so I was sure one side or the other would be perfect. But I am 5'2", and am apparently a little short for this pillow. It's also just a tad harder than I would like. However, I am keeping it anyway, because with arthritis and a compressed disk in my neck, I have a feeling I'll eventually need more neck support, at which time the pillow will probably work for me. The quality is very good.
My husband and I were rear-ended a couple months back and both had to go for chiropractic treatment. I was still having some fierce neck pain at night and my old ergonomically curved latex pillow just wasn't doing the trick anymore so I decided to give this one a try. The price seemed not too risky. When I first laid down on it I was a little skeptical and had to readjust a couple of times but pretty soon I was out cold. I can't even remember the last time I had such a good night of sleep and I'm still sleeping well on it. My neck has been feeling much better too. It was a great purchase!
