The product came missing a screw for the knob on the egg poacher. There weren't any directions as to how to use the product to make an omelet. No instructions or parts list. Perhaps this item had been returned and then sent to me as that would explain the missing screw and absence of an instruction pamphlet. The product appears to be flimsy, I thought that it would be more heavy duty. This is my first bad experience with an item purchased from Overstock.com. Hopefully future purchases will be more up to their standards.

I love soft cooked eggs and this is perfect for me and my husband. now he can cook for me ..love it.!!!!

Only used this once! No directions and was made poorly. I can't recommend it.

I used it for the egg poacher and it worked well. I would buy this again.As stated this does not have directions but pretty easy to guess how it works.
