I am overall satisfied with my fireplace. I have always wanted one. I love the height & size of it. Easily put together. My only problem was delivery. I was expecting it on 12/21 before going out of town & it went to another address out of state. I did not receive it till 12/24....thankfully before Christmas. When it arrived there were a couple of dents (chips). Customer Service was nice enough to take care of it.
