    In less than 8 months the cover has ripped, split, or otherwise become useless. It gets direct sunlight for roughly 8 hours each day and is exposed to all other elements. So, maybe this is the reason for its rapid deterioration...but, then again that is why I purchased it to protect the more expensive piece of furniture it covers. Also, we rarely remove the cover. So, it is not as if we abuse the cover with repeated ware and tear.
