There has been no tearing, no ripping, no peeling, no splitting, no cracking. The ties are intact and fully functional. No mold has grown on any part.I could not expect or even hope for better. Austin, TX weather degrades and destroys many materials that are supposedly designed for outdoor use. In perspective, this makes the Mr.BBQ cover very, very special and worthy of consideration by perspective buyers. I give my highest recommendation to Mr.BBQ covers.
