I really love the color of this headboard and the extra storage space it adds to my daughter's room. Assembly was very slow going because one piece was damaged and it took forever to reach the company for a replacement part. Here's a tip: if you have to call the number on the instructions for damaged parts or other questions, press zero instead of leaving a message. That will get you transferred to an actual person. They also sent me an extra piece we didn't need. The parts are not labeled like they are in the instructions, so be careful that you have the right parts in the right places. The quality isn't stellar, but it works for a kid's room, at least for a while. Make sure you have a drill handy if you plan on attaching the headboard to the frame. And be careful to set the rubber feet on the bottom of the unit far enough apart to fully support the piece or it won't stand up correctly. Overall, it looks cute, adds extra storage and wasn't too much of a disaster to put together. We're fairly satisfied.

The headboard is sturdy, durable, and looks very nice. It is a good price for the value. You have to pre-drill the holes to attach to the headboard, which was easy to do and installation took less than 1 hr.

This headboard was perfect for my son. He loves it. He puts all his stuffed animals and books on the shelves. It was easy to assemble with no problems and is very sturdy. Highly recommend to anyone with a little one.

I got pretty much what I expected. My only real complaint is that they don't really give you enough hardware to make it sturdy. You will need to add a few braces to firm it up.Also there were no directions. Someone not familiar with modular furniture might have a difficult time figuring it out. I also advise you be ready with some wood glue to aid in the assembly.I found the bore holes to be slightly oversized.A little glue compensates for that.The finish is easily damaged. So if it is going to be exposed to rough treatment; I advise you spend a little more and get solid wood.

I bought this headboard for my little boy's room and after assembly of the unit we discovered that the holes for the trim boards had been drilled on the WRONG side! I was so angry! I spent all this money on something nice for my son, then realize a huge problem such as this. We had to completely jimme the whole thing to make it look descent. I am so disappointed!
