      This soap dispenser Is very high quality & looks very nice. It's very heavy & if you need a wall mount soap dispenser then you will be happy with this. I only wish I'd seen it before & the towel bars to match as I would have bought them too. It is very pricey but you get what you pay for & It does look lovely.

      I was disappointed with the product the operation of the soap pump was clumsy and unworkmanlike, the heay brass top was loose only relying on gravity to keep it in place, if it became displaced and dropped into the basi it would braek the basin I have had to modify the brass fitting by machining and fitting a set screw to retain the top of the pump. I would have returned the product however your returns procedure was impossible to navigate.

      This product is the bomb. The recently remodeled restroom we had done with this product makes it look like a hotel restroom. My washroom is only a 1/2 bath in the basement but my friends say it looks rich and would've expected this in the upper restroom. Everyone has given the product an A++++++++++++++++++++++++++.

      I had a little problem at first,because when the product was delivered only part of it was sent , after emailing everthing was resolved, i love my soap depenser, great quility, and i will continue to buy from Overstock. com, thanks again for helping me when i need it. Sincerely Dolores
