This lamp was the perfect addition to our sitting room. It is beautifully made and does NOT need wiring installation as described on the website. It is a "statement" type piece of lighting.

I bought this lamp for my bedroom but it was so solid, heavy, substantial that I put it in my living room. It is a solid lamp made of quality materials. It is not flimsy like lots of floor lamps . Probably works best in a living room or formal study. Very elegant floor lamp.
