My Monica sectional arrived yesterday. It's soft, comfortable, large, and spacious. The pillows that come with it aren't my style, but the sofa is neutral enough to fit in with most decor. The pieces can be "hooked" together, or can be separated. Roomy enough to seat at least 6 comfortably. It was a great value.

I received this sofa. It is beautiful and spacious. I love it ! It is nice to spread out and just lounge around and still have plenty of room for others on it. I would recommend this sofa.

I've had this sectional now for two months. What's amusing is i finally finished assembling this today, mainly because I didn't find the legs until today!! Basically, as another reviewer put it, you need to flip the sofa open, find the zipper, unzip...and wala ...there are the legs. I had issues with the delivery. It took 4 weeks to get to me for whatever oddball reason, but overstock does say up to 6 weeks. Anyway, it is comfortable, big (enough to sit 5-6 maybe more comfortably), and seems sturdy. I generally like sofas that have a "sinking" feeling while giving back support. This soft does not have the sinking feeling, but it is comfortable enough (not to mention for that sinking feeling...i have a memory foam chair i bought off this website as well) and DEFINITELY has firm back support (especially on the lower back which some sofas seem not to have when it sinks in). I did go out and buy additional pillows for the sectional as the two pillow that come with this thing just seemed a tad plain. When comparing prices else where, this sectional stacks up in terms of price to other dept stores. Actually I found one almost exactly like this at a local dept store on sale, and the price was very close to what I paid for it. The store, though , would have cost more due to sales tax and delivery charges, and that's where overstock.com becomes a better deal. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. Just bummed there were no directions and it took 2 months later when i had free time finally to realize where the legs were. Oh well.

the sofa arrived rather quickly, though the delivery guy showed up an hour or so late and was rushing to get a signature before we could actually SEE the sofa. the material on the sofa is more a "faux suede" (comparable to that you'd find on a pair of suede-LIKE boots at a discount store) than the microsuede i was expecting. after deciding to keep the sofa, a week later a piece of wood that held the foot supporting the middle of the chaise detached from the frame of the sofa. uhm we hadn't had the sofa but just over a month and had HARDLY been home to sit on it at all. upon inspection, we realized that the craftsmanship of the sofa is not good at all, and that the wood support had only been STAPLED to the frame of the sofa...are you KIDDING me? of course Overstock's customer service is GREAT and after a couple of weeks, they finally managed to find someone to fix it. yeah, the sofa is cute, but this was WAY more trouble than i was looking for!

This is a great purchase, my sectional arrived within 6 days; the packaging was EXCELLENT; ABF Freight company was WONDERFUL, they arrived on time; removed the shipping boxes, plastic wrapping and assisted with the assembly. Thanks so much to the customer that informed us where to locate the legs. This was the best shopping experience in a long time. My new sectional GOOD JUST GREAT in my living room, the color is darker than it's shown, but it will still work with my other new accessories. The ottoman really set it off, it's HUGH. I am very pleased with my purchase of this sofa. It is very classy and could go in almost any decor. It is even larger and roomier than I thought it would be and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this piece. A great buy for the price too!!

This is a great piece! It took 10 days to arrive and it looks beautiful. We read the reviews and took and chance with ordering something online. The color is nice and neutral and it comes in two pieces! It took less than ten minutes to put together and set in place. We also purchased the ottoman and glad we did. Great couch, fits in our small living room and doesnt take over the entire space. A must buy!

It has been 11 months since i purchased this sofa. This sofa is rarely used due to our busy lifestyles. It has collasped in two areas on the main sofa. I did not buy a warranty and Overstock is telling me only 30 days are covered. Do not buy this item. you will be depositing all your tears in the concaves of this poorly manufactured couch. I am terribly upset and do not understand why Overstock buyers would shuck and jive consumers. My days of buying large items from overstock are over- Forever.

I love the size, not too big, not too small, it just warmed up the room, is very comfortable. The accessory pillows were not my style, but after adding nice pillows, the room took on a new dimension.It is not really heavy,easy to move. It is flush to the floor, so no dust bunnies can hide...

Excellent piece of furniture. Starting a new family, with no furniture, this piece completed the missing puzzle to our living room. Great material, soft, and comfortable, daughter loves to climb it. Bigger than it looks in the picture. but fits perfectly through my door and in my living room.

I bought this sofa 1 year ago and must admit it was the best purchase I made for my new city apartment! It looks much more expensive than it is, and the size plus versatility of arrangements is perfect. It has also held up beautifully against stains, kitten claws, and lots of lounging (hasn't bunched or wrinkled the cushions). I recommend this to any buyer!

Great piece of furniture. We're impressed by the quality and design. However a little too big and challenging for the average entry door apartments.

I just got this deleivered this morning around 11 am. The delivery company [ABF] had been in contact with me since the moment they took possesion of the item from Overstock. They called 1/2 hour before delivery as I had requested. The driver was freindly and unloaded the sofa which was well packed and on one pallet. Both the driver and I unpacked the sectional in about 5 minutes. We both picked it up and moved it into my livingroom where he assisted me in removing the rest of the packaging. Off he went. There were no holes or tears in any of the furniture. From reading the other reviews I knew right where to find the legs. No items were missing. I screwed the legs on [which were located in a zippered area under the couch]. I didn't find any directions but there isnt a need for them. It took me about five minutes to screw in the legs, 5 minutes to position the furniture, and another 5 to remove the packaging to the garage and vacuum the floor. I must say, I plan to design my living room around this piece and found it quite nice. FYI: the cushions on the sectional do not move, they are attached or sewn on or whatever so you won't have to go searching for change after you sit down. The cushions are very comfortable. I think a small Bissell will do the work for light touchups. I did not order the matching ottaman in the picture because I have another cofee table in mind for this set. This is a good buy. I ordered this on April 2 and it was delivered April 13.

When i first recieved this sectional. I wondered how long it would last. It looked great when i first recieved it. But it was not very comfortable. When you sit on it you were just sitting straight up. You didnt sink down into the seat. The end of the sectional that dosnt have an arm on it. You cant sit on that side because after a while it starts to look broke down. I hardly ever sit on this furniture and have only sit on that one end every so often. There is no reason why my furniture should look this way. When I am the only person using it. It has not even been a year!

Nice sofa..looks great, but is starting to sag. would not reccomend for everyday use.

My husband and I ordered this couch to go into our new home addition and we've had it for 2 years and needless to say it is NOT great quality. The material is nice but if you sit in one spot for any long period of time the foam collapes into the springs creating a sinkhole. It is put together terribly! The issue began a couple months after owning the couch. My husband is in the process of trying to repair the couch as we speak so I would not recommend this product for an every day use couch. Needless to say you get what you pay for so I would splurge on a nicer piece of furniture that will hold up over the years.

This couch was a great purchase!, i waited 6 months before writing a review because i wanted to see how it would hold up, and so far so good. The shipping took a while but it was worth the wait. This couch is large and comfortable and not cheap looking. The only downside is that i can tell that there are going to be sinkholes where people sit on it the most as there are already impressions forming. Anyways overall a great buy, thx overstock!

I bought my sofa about 6 months ago and it's great!! It fills up my living room, the suede is comfortable and I get compliments on it all the time. Its a comfortable sofa for guests to sleep on and seats at least 4 comfortably. Overstock customer service was good and it was delivered on time. The delivery men completed the minimal set-up and made sure I was happy with it before they left. I do agree with some of the customers that the suede isn't top top quality but its the best quality I've found in a sectional of this size at this price point.

Okay, I ordered this sofa on July 10th and received it about two weeks later. Problem? The sofa portion of this two piece set arrived with a hole in the fabric and several stains. I immediately called CS and they were very polite. They put in an order for the replacement sofa right away. A few weeks later I received a delivery for the replacement sofa. Problem? It wasn't the sofa. It was the chaise lounge that I already had, so I had to refuse the order and call CS again. At this point I was annoyed at the lack of ATD, but kept my cool. Overstock put in another order for the right piece. What was frustrating is that when I called the first time, I stressed that I needed the sofa piece and NOT the chaise. I must have said it ten times, but they got it wrong anyway. So, here we are, Sept. 7th and the sofa finally came. It's new and I'm very, very pleased with it. It's soft, comfortalbe, and classy. I've gotten a lot compliments on it. If it weren't for the bad order experience I would give it 5 stars. Im also very pleased that there was no problem in replacing the damaged sofa in the long run, all things considered. Another thing-make sure you have help to bring your furniture in your house. I was lucky that the freight work man was nice enough to help my husband bring it in, but it's not in their contract to do so.

We had been looking for a nice sectional microsuade sofa for awhile and found this to be perfect,. Looks amazing...and fits the 2 of us very comfortably...we are thrilled.
