Product flawed
This product has great design and fair in quality of materials. The product came with the granite broken but Customer service made it hassle free to replace the broken part. My husband just repaired the other broken part. Overall good.

Satisfied
They only delivered the top at first, when I called to complain, it was found out that there was a mix up at the warehouse and only one of the 3 boxes got shipped. They were very prompt at correcting this, I received the remaining 2 boxes in less than 2 business days. The Monarch Island is a beautiful piece of furniture but the color of the stained oak top was not what appeared in the picture, although it still went nice with my kitchen. The granite/oak top came damaged, overstock customer service was very helpful with finding resolution to this. All in all, I think that overstock is a good company their customer service representatives (Pablo) are great at resolving issues and I would order from them again.

right size island
with granit top comes in three heavy boxes,takes two people to assemble.cabinet base 20 inches wide ,used one side with doors for slide out garbage can .most are 22 inches and will not fit cabinet.found one smaller one to fit.the boxes packed well ,no damage to top or cabinet,satin black finish to cabinet with no imperfections.island assembled with no damaged or missing parts.I would recomend to friend.
