Mombasa Adult Glow in the Dark Canopy

I got this for my daughters Cinderella carriage bed, it already had netting that came with it but was cheap in quality and did not last. I needed to get some new bed netting and found this one on Overstock, my daughter loved the picture, so we got it, there was no charge for shipping and it got here in three days!!!I was very impressed. It was really easy to put up and it looks gorgeous!!! I am very, very happywith the way it came out, the start are beautiful and my 5 year old daughter looks forward to laying under them every night. You will NOT regret buying this!!!thanks Overstock !!

I purchased this canopy for myself and I love it !!! I mainly leave it draped at the head of the bed, which not only adds elegance and charm to the bed, but to the whole room. It's the first thing you see when you enter the room and really catches your eye. I also have sheer white curtains on the windows which makes it appear as an ensemble. I have a queen sized bed and it does drap around the whole bed. This is not just for kids, but also gives a romantic touch to an adult bedroom as well. For those of you that commented that your stars do not glow, I am wondering if you exposed the canopy to light first. The glow-in-the-dark material needs to be exposed to light before it will glow. Just being exposed to normal day light will do the trick. Sometimes when I wake in the middle of the night the stars will be dim, but when exposed to light again they brighten up. Over-all I am very pleased with the canopy and am glad I purchased it. It met my expectations perfectly. The only reason I gave "Value" 4 stars instead of 5 is because I do think it's a bit over-priced as are most things these days. However, for the price it really was the perfect final touch for my bedroom.

I was worried when I first opened my package, that it was going to be too juvenille. (I am 21 years old) I was suprised to find that it added an air of elegance and class to my room. I have always wanted a canopy and this was the perfect one for me. The glow in the dark stars at night are simply magical. I look at them everynight before I fall asleep. The only complaint I have is that the stars don't glow long enough.

My daughter made a reading/play area in her room using this canopy. She loved it especially at night when the stars would glow after turning the light out. It was easy to put up with a fish line from the ceiling.
