Look but don't touch!
I bought this for a remodel and am not going to use it. It feels very plastic. The chrome finish is just that, a finish. While the appearance is pretty, it feels very cheap and PLASTIC.

Cheap Feel but looks good
I do agree with the review that I read before I purchased it does feel cheap but it doesn't look cheap and it's a lot less expensive than other bath fixtures I've found out there. It still serves its purpose and looks good so its not a big deal to me that it feels a bit like plastic
