AWESOME FAUCET
I had been looking all over the internet for a bathtub faucet with a handshower attachment to no avail because they were so expensive (***) and found this. However, when I recieved it, which was very prompt, it was missing some of the parts. When I called customer service, they offered to send me the parts but my husband just wanted another set so it was immediately sent out. Unfortunately, that set was incomplete as well & although I was offered to get the parts, my husband had the plumber coming already so he couldn't wait for another set or to get the parts. For the inconvenience, I was given a *** credit & my money was refunded immediately. But the product did arrive just as pictured & the customer service is great!!!
