Not a complete faucet-trim only
I purchased 2 of these faucets for a bathroom remodel. It wasn't until the plumber was there to install them that I found out this is the trim or upper part of the faucet only. I needed to purchase a 9000 valve component. This was not clear in the description, or maybe I am just totally ignorant. The description describes an M-pact common valve system. I called all over town and was able to find the 9000 valve for ** dollars. I didn't want to spend this much on top of the ***dollars I had already spent for each faucet. This faucet trim will probably work fine if you are replacing a Moen faucet, otherwise, take into consideration the extra cost for the valve and make sure you purchase it before the plumber arrives. It doesn't look like it is available on Overstock.com
