We have two of these in our new home and they are absolutely beautiful and unique. I can't comment on ease of installation, since that was done by our plumber, but we didn't hear any complaints. It is an interesting sensation to wash your hands in mid air while looking down at the floor. I am also a big fan of having a towel rack lower than the sink, so that you don't get wet sleeves. Definitely one of the top ten features of the home.
