Nice Piece
The only issue I had with the table was the assembly. The assembly process was a bit overwhelming (even with the assistance of another person). At the very end, we realized that three screws did not fit into their respective holes. Thankfully, the table is sturdy without them. Also, if fingerprints bother you this is not the piece for you. Simply adjusting coffee table books on the piece leaves significant (and hard to buff out) fingerprints.

Wonderful Coffee Table!
I was very impressed with this coffee table, the finish and stability really took my by surprise. The assembly takes some time, but is not hard. I would recommend this to others.

You get what you pay for...
A big scratch on the top that they tried to cover up at the factory. Took two hours to assemble by myself and it's still not done. Step 6 of 6 requires you to use force to screw the holes since they are not pre drilled. The top four by the top of the ends are impossible to access with a normal sized screw driver. I'll need to get a short screwdriver tomorrow and use tremendous force to drive it in. If they would have had me install it at step 3, It would be finished. Overall, it looks like cheap XXXX furniture and is just as annoying to assemble. I would return it if it would require me to re-package it and unassemble it.

Attractive, sturdy table.
This table is surprisingly nice looking for the cost. It arrived quickly & extremely well packaged. The majority of the table assembled easily, but the little doors on the side compartments were a nightmare. I've assembled a lot of furniture, and these blasted doors had me muttering curses under my breath for awhile--it's logistically difficult to get the hardware affixed to the inside after the table is assembled. I'm not sure why the directions wouldn't indicate that you should attach the hardware prior to connecting the top and bottom of the table. I fiddled with these doors for at least twice as long as it took to assemble the rest of the table, and they still don't exactly function correctly. Still, they are attached now and look good. We are, over all, very pleased with this table.

cool looking table
I just received my table. It was alittle time consuming to put together but well worth it after we were done. It looks very unique and bring alot of character to the room. Happy with the purchase and all and all I would recommend to another.

Coffee Table
I like the table, and love the side storage compartments. The finish is nice because you can match other pieces that are brown or black. The only negative aspects is that it scratches very easily.
