Modern Glass 35W x 37H Vanity Rectangular Mirror

I ordered this mirror for my guest room which is very contemporary. However, I hung the frame horizontal rather than vertical as the picture shows. It was a perfect compromise between a contemporary and classic look. I get compliments from both men and women.

I purchased this mirror in a maple finish but when the product arrived it did not look like a maple finish. It looked much more like a cherry finish - which isn't even an option. I thought that perhaps I'd been sent the wrong mirror but apparently this has been a complain before. Overstocks was great and said that they would gladly accept a return even though it was past my 30 day return period since there was a problem with the product. However, my construction crew had already thrown away the boxes. With some effort, they were able to unscrew the wood veneers and pry them off the board and replace them with maple veneers. This would never have been an option if I'd had to do it myself but they were able to do it and the finished product looks great. Other than the off-color of the finish, I have no other complaint about the quality of the mirror and finish may not even be an issue if you're ordering either the mahogany or black veneer.
