What are the return policies if this is ordered, delivered, and the color is not as appears online or the quality is not up to our standards?

Answer This Question
You can set up a return for the item within 30 days of the day it is delivered to you. If an item is damaged, defective, the product description was incorrect on the site, or in any way was it O.co's fault that you are returning the item we would handle all of the shipping costs. If the item is being returned for buyer's remorse reasons we would ask that you do cover the return shipping. Unfortunately things such as color and quality (such as fabric texture) are considered buyer's remorse.
