Looks cheap
The crystals were pretty, but a few arrived broken. The rest of the product was basically plastic and of low quality. It also didn't produce very much light. I hung it in my bathroom as a light for my shower but it was too dim.

This looked really cute in my small hallway with a high ceiling. The directions were a little confusing but once I got it figured out I was very happy.
