We had a Kitchen Aid for a long time which is great for most baking recipes, but it could not handle a full 5 lb. bag of flour and all the other ingredients without the mixing part slowing down from all the dough creeping up the mechanism. We heard wonderful things about the Bosch and they are all true! It mixes everything quickly and without the mess and frustration. Even better, clean up is a breeze!! Definitely recommend highly!

If you want the best mixer available, get the Bosch. It has numerous attachments which could be purchased to replace a Blender, Grinder, Food Processor. The amount of bread dough which can be mixed beat just about every other mixer.

The Bosch Mixer is the proves to be the best in it's class. I have had other (more popular) brands that do not come close. I especially like that there is no arm, as on all other mixers, to put up and down to add ingredients. Love it!

My mother-in-law has owned a Bosch mixer for 40 years. I have had one for over 20 years. Now, my children own one. If you intend to make bread regularly, this machine will do all the kneading, and do it well. I would never choose anything else. I also used it for large cookie batches, and I love the blender attachment that I added on. This is a powerful, reliable machine.

I have used my friend's Bosch before and was totally hooked on it. Now I am using my own and I am just thrilled with it.

I have used it once so far today to make chocolate chip cookies, and I am impressed. Mixing cookie dough up with a hand mixer and/or by hand was becoming increasingly difficult for me to do. I always wanted a KitchenAid, but researching the reviews on those now I can see that they have changed and are no longer like the one my mother has had for many years. Then I stumbled upon this Bosch compact mixer and after finding nearly no negative reviews on it anywhere, chose it. It only comes in white, which actually was almost refreshing--I did not have to decide on a color. It's just white and it works. I love that it is so light to lift, but yet seems to get the job done and is quite powerful. I thought the bowl looked small and then compared it with the size of my largest mixing bowl which looked much larger. Amazingly both held the same amount of liquid, possibly a little more even in the Bosch bowl. I used the beater initially with my cookie dough and finished up adding the flour with the dough hook. I found I could even mix in the chocolate chips with the dough hook. No more sore hands and elbows for me. I love the angled motion of the attachments inside the bowl. I barely had to lift the beater to scrape the sides of the bowl at all. Someone mentioned they had a problem with the bowl being plastic -- there is a glass bowl that can be purchased. But I like the light weight plastic one so far.

Love my Bosch! I'd take it over a kitchen aide any day. There is so much more room for making bread, which is what I bought it for.

This mixer is absolutely wonderful! It is worth every penny. The Bosch does a wonder job mixing and kneading bread as well as using it for other mixing needs. It has replaced my regular mixer. I highly recommend it
