I like it a lot, am glad I got it, and didn't even consider returning it. the only thing I would bring out is that even though it's solid wood, it's made of strips of wood that must be glued together somehow. the strips are about 1 inch wide. from far away you cant tell, and the finish is nice and will blend with some real oak antiques that I have in the office (that's why I picked this out and was willing to spend this kind of money on a flie cabinet) but it's not really solid wood in the sense of one piece of wood being used for each drawer front. it's more like, 15 strps of 1" wood. the sides are similar but are made of 4" strips which i like better. the hardware is OK, it looks as pictured, however it doesn't have the look, weight, or feel of real cast iron fixtures. it could be cast aluminum, a little less detailed than i was expecting (i mist have "read into" the photo a little) but totally OK. basically I though that if I paid the extra money for furniture that was not laminated, i.e. solid, I would be purchasing something more along the lines of heirloom quality, which this is not. while very nice, and exactly as pictured, in person it has some of that newer look. but perhaps i am too picky:) it's very nice.
