My expectations for the quality and appearance of this furniture set were already high based on reading the reviews posted by other customers, I'm pleased to report that my expectations were met and exceeded.Good quality in solid oak. So hard to find solid hardwood furniture in the Mall stores anymore (the salesman from Macy's told me "there probably isn't a solid hardwood piece on the entire floor".Fast delivery with no hassles. I will happily shop Overstock again

These tables are large, solid and sturdy. The side tables came fully assembled and the coffee table only required a few screws. I'm totally satisfied with this purchase.

This was the best bargain ever. I had shopped everywhere and for much more money saw veneers and cheap looking wood. This is solid oak with a wonderful cherry varnish. It is more golden than red. The drawers are cedar on the inside and smell wonderful. I love it!!

Title says it all. SOLID oak. Hardware is high quality too.

I shopped and shopped for "new" end and coffee tables. Kept coming back to these was sure the price was "TOO" good. Was hesitant to purchase. I am so glad I did. High quality!! Amish quality!! The color was 100% true to discription. Won't find a better buy or higher quality. Shipping and packing was also perfect :-) These are heavy all wood quality constructed, was a bit of assembly required, I'm an old grandma and had no trouble !

So hard to find solid oak furniture. These tables are worth every penny. Love, love, love them!

I have had the 3 piece set for about 1 month now. Before purchasing, I looked extensively for a Mission Style set, both online and at local furniture stores. For the price, style, and other user reviews, I decided I would gamble on this set . . . I didn't believe the price to be a great bargain, but the style fit my needs. I was impressed with the overall look to the tables - deep and rich red/brown color that brought out the grain. The pieces are very sturdy, thick and well built. Assembly was relatively easy. However . . . I've now noticed at least 2 places on the coffee table where the veneer is beginning to flake and separate from the table. Unfortunately, one of these areas is right on top. Eventually, it will peel off and leave a blight on top. Overall: Nice construction, but some problems with the veneer. You may be better off spending more to get pieces that do not have the veneer.

Classic mission pieces with drawers that seem to be cedar inside although they don't smell like it. Dovetailed drawers, Really nice set although the side tables are a bit tall for my couch. Delivery was great. Two very nice guys brought the set inside, assembled the coffee table, and took away all the shipping materials. Hoever I feel badly that they're made in China. I just purchased this set and a bed frame from Overstocks and they're all made in China. So much for buying American. I would have given top rating for made in America.

Absolutely beautiful looking and the workmanship topnotch. The delivery was very fast and the men that delivered it took the boxes away and made sure no damage on the pieces. I cannot think of anything I would change. The drawers were so nice and lined with cedar too. Thanks again so much overstock!! I sent a thank you to the delivery service too. They called and e-mailed me prior to delivery to make sure all was well.

Delivery was great - boxes arrived in perfect condition and furniture had been meticulously packed and protected. The coffee table required minimal assembly, the end tables were already assembled. The pieces are substantial, handsome and a nice addition to my home. Quality materials and construction. I especially love the coffee table. The end tables are a bit taller than I expected, and I do wish that there wasn't a huge open gap in them; I would have rather have had end tables with more drawers to hide stuff in, rather than a gap where clutter will visibly accumulate or where the wall and outlets, etc. behind the furniture will show. Hadn't really considered this when I looked at the photo of the set online. I am ending up turning the end tables so that the wood sides (rather than the open sides) are in front, which works, but this wasn't how I'd expected to use them.

The tables were packaged so well and arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the pieces was excellent and they are solid wood. I would recommend them very highly.

This is a quality product! As sturdy as a rock. I have been working with wood and making furniture for years. I had my doubts with buying furniture on line..........not anymore! Coffee table had one, barely noticable blemish, no big deal!

we were a tad nervous ordering furniture on line, imagining that it would, A. look nothing like the screen pix or B. be utterly destroyed in the shipping. when we arrived home to find the largest box extremely tattered and sitting in full view in our driveway, we thought our fears were realized. fortunately, however, most everything was fine (one scuff on one of the end tables that we will have to fix). we had shopped a lot prior to buying these, checking out broyhill, luaan, stickley etc first. the Overstock tables are extremely handsome and well made (love the cedar drawer lining). just as nice if not nicer than the name brands (most of the others weren't solid wood, either). they blend in nicely with the rest of our mission furniture as well. the clincher, however,is that the price is totally unbeatable.

This is a very high quality product. I shopped all over before I bought this set and I am sure that I saved at least $600 buying it from Overstock.com. I wanted a piece of furniture that was solid wood not laminate. These exceeded my expectations.

Received it today and am very pleased. No damage, extremely sturdy. Color is a little bit darker than picture, which fits nicer with my setup anyway. This is my first Overstock furniture purchase, and I think all my future furniture purchases will be via this site. I got a great deal, b/c the set went on sale, and I had a 12% off coupon. The tables are solid wood, and the drawers are cedar. Great quality.

We just received this set, and they are absolutely stunning tables! 8 years ago we purchased a restoration hardware bedroom set in mission oak; we liked the mission style, and were looking for some mission style tables for our living room. We weren't trying to match the bedroom set, but the wood is almost a perfect match- if you have them next to each other, there is a slight difference but you need to really compare them. When they're just a few feet apart, you wouldn't know they were not purchased together! The quality is comparable with our bedroom set with the dovetailing and cedar drawers, and price is fantastic! Comparables are at least twice the cost of this set, and we've been looking. If you like the mission style, you won't be dissappointed. If you have restoration hardware furniture, you'll be stunned at this set, for this price! These are so beautiful, we'll be ordering extra end tables. Thank you Overstock, these far exceeded our expectations!

Love these tables. As usual, shipping was faster than estimated. The two end tables had to be assembled, but that was easy and quick. The coffee table came assembled. As some others have noted, there was minor damage to the underside of one corner in spite of the excellent packing. Can only surmise that it happened in the factory. On my table, the damage isn't readily visible. These tables add the perfect Craftsman touch to our living room.
