If you don't like the flimsiness of assemble-it-yourself furniture, then this file cabinet is for you. It is so well constructed, it should last a lifetime. Drawers open and close solidly and the bottoms are sturdy. The finish is nice, too. For what you get, the price is a bargain.

This is a most beautiful file cabinet, goes well with my other oak and teak furniture.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the filing cabinet. I anticipate that it will last for many years, much longer than my previous cabinet made of pressed wood. The cabinet is beautiful and classy. It is a spacious 2 drawer. Delivery was exceptionally done by a contracted shipper--timely, communicative, and very helpful unpacking and placing the piece. My only complaint with the cabinet is that the drawers don't close tightly (flush) unless forced. Also, wish it had a lock. I'm a doc and need to secure my patient files.

I was looking for a mission style file cabinet to compliment my other furniture-most of which is mission style and/or in the oak family. I wanted a file cabinet that wasn't only functional with ample file space, but beautiful and built solidly. I found it in this piece by ****. Very well constructed, solid red oak with a beautiful wood grain, and the finish- medium cherry - was applied perfectly. I also opted for the white glove delivery as it was going to the second floor and my already injured back begged me to do so. So glad I made that decision, because this bad boy is heavy and deep. Super pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it to others.

The drawers fully extend. The feet have levelers. It's a very nice quality piece of furniture that is nice enough to be in the living room. The drawers don't slide as easily as I had hoped and sometimes I have to really push the drawers to get them to close so they are flush with the cabinet, but that did not stop be from buying another! The white glove delivery was nicer and easier than I expected.

A filing cabinet for the home office that deserves its own spotlight. It looks fantastic, to begin with, and is solidly built and totally functional. I keep all my most important personal papers (mortgage, insurance, tax returns and receipts, lawyer and bank communicatrions, and so on) in this cabinet and have it sitting next to my desk. The drawers slide out noiselessly and hold a LOT of papers. Beautiful and useful and worth the price. I am now planning to replace my current worn-out desk with the mission-oak rosewood desk to match this cabinet. White Glove delivery saved me any worries about installing or construction.

I've purchased another piece of furniture from this line, and the results are the same. Solid construction, even color and finish, expertly delivered to my home. I look forward to more of the same.

This is an absolute gorgeous piece of furniture. Solid oak and heavy, heavy, heavy. It came fully assembled which was a real treat!

The two-drawer file cabinet is a nice-looking, substantial piece of furniture. It is high quality, but expensive. One small draw-back: the drawers cannot be removed except by actually unscrewing them from the glides. This was a bit of an issue for me, because I wanted to get the cabinet down a flight of stairs and it is quite heavy -- I needed to take the drawers out to reduce the weight (before I talked a friend into helping me move it). I was able to remove the drawers and put them back in, but I don't think I can do that on a regular basis without damaging the drawers.

This is a great piece of furniture very well constructed. It is the real deal. The glides on the drawers are smooth and easy to use when full of files. This is a great product and the price is exceptional.

I ordered two of the 2-drawer file cabinets to replace one 4 drawer file cabinet. They are wonderful. I needed the filing space, but don't hav e a lot of room. These file cabinets are beautiful and very practical. They can be used as end tables or bedside tables and look very nice, but provide the fioling space I need. There was no assembly - they arrived ready to use. I would recommend them to any one.

This is another great piece. I was surprised to see how large it is. Make sure you measure your space because it is larger than you expect. Beautiful wood, great workmanship. This is a keeper for sure!

This piece arrived fully assembled, which was a delightful surprise. This is a very good looking piece of furniture and it is very sturdy. My only complaint is that the drawers have a little bit more play side to side than I would like. Other than that the cabinet is a good bargain. Also, the shipping on this item was incredibly fast. Despite an estimated shipping time of one to 6 weeks, I received the cabinet in 5 days!
