Very nice table set
We LOVE this table set and have received many compliments. The table only comes with 6 chairs, not 8 as shown in the picture. When I called customer service to inquire about buying 2 more chairs, I was informed that they didn't have any that matched. I took a chance and purchased 2 that looked similar to the ones in the set. (Style# 10807462) They are an EXACT match! I wish they noted that on the specifications with the table set, so we didn't have to be concerned while we waited for them to be delivered. My only complaint is that when putting the chairs together, you have to be very careful that they don't wobble once you set them up to sit on them. It's not very easy to get them "square" on the first try. I recommend not screwing in the screws all the way until you can set them up on all four legs and then tighten them. We also LOVE the lazy susan, but being picky...they have "tempered glass" printed in black on the glass top edge that shows and we can't remove it. :( the Other than that - we are very happy with this purchase!

VERY happy with the table, chairs, and delivery!
This is a fantastic table/chair set! After looking through many stores for over 1 year, we finally decided to look online and came across this set. Our problem was that we needed a table that was a bit smaller than the normally 54" tables that are more commonly available. This is perfect with being about 3" smaller and really fits our dinette area really nicely. The delivery took about 1 week for the 2 chairs that we ordered on top of the 6 that come with the set. The rest of the set came within 2.5 weeks and we had received a call ahead of time to give us a 4 hour window for the delivery. The delivery was right on time and the men were very aware of being careful with walls, the floor, etc. Keep in mind that this purchase is delivery only...no setup or unpacking. Hence the lower price vs buying this set in store. Putting the set together was easier than I thought! In terms of the chairs, the first one took a bit of time (about 1/2 hour) as I was getting to know it but thereafter, each chair took about 10 to 15 minutes each. Be careful with the thinner cross bars as they may appear to be fitting properly but you later may find that they go the other way around. Always loosely assemble the parts first, then if you feel that all is fine, tighten the screws. I also recommending spraying the seat cushions with a Scotch guard protection spray to help keep them easier to clean. In terms of the table....the bottom section comes in one box, the top with the lazy susan in another large box that is about the size of the full sized table top, just a tad larger, thicker. Build the bottom section first...which took me about 45 minutes on my own. Then, there is a plate on the bottom of the table top that you remove with four screws and attach to the table bottom. The instructions say lay the table top upside down on the floor then put the table's bottom on it to attach....I opted to put the table bottom on the floor and have my wife and son put the table top on in while I got underneath, aligning a couple of pegs and holes. This worked out a lot better than the way the instructions suggested. I really like the look and sturdiness of this table and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!

Nice table and chairs.
Great table, definitely a quality piece. When you push the chairs in only 6 of them can fit comfortably. So I keep 2 aside for spares. (No big deal) Beautiful piece with a unique look. Very Pleased with it. Wouldn't have minded if it was a bit larger though.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The actual color of the items were almost exactly as seen on the site.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Great quality, I assembled all of it by myself, with little help (lifting the table top etc) and all were level. Smooth if not time consuming (8 chairs)
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Very accurate, however pay attention to the table width which is in inches.. it is a 4 1/2 ft. square table, and table looks much bigger in picture than it is.

Overpriced
This table is overpriced by several hundred dollars. We looked at similar tables IN FURNITURE STORES and for the money we spent at overstock.com we could have gotten a much better table at the furniture store! and everyone knows how overpriced furniture stores are, so buying this on the internet should have been much, much cheaper. With 8 chairs, the table, and shipping we paid $**** - I would guess you could get this at the furniture store for $900, meaning it should only be about $700 from overstock. It is very lightweight wood and is not nearly as thick as tables at the furniture stores for this price. It does look very nice though!

Great Value!
This table is exactly what we were looking for: pedestal, counter height, dark finish, and cushioned seats with a table size bigger than 42". This was our first purchase from overstock. I had received many phone calls regarding the type of delivery and was reminded to take pictures of any damage. They prepared me for the worse, but it came as promised in perfect condition as if the items were just placed in the boxes minutes prior. Assembly was very straight forward, as with all projects that come with directions, you need to have patience and take your time. This table is sturdy and the chairs are stable, so all that was needed was the extra time to put it together. Great product overstock!

Excellent table set
This table is very sturdy. The lazy susan is a conversation piece and functional at the same time. VERY IMPRESSIVE in every aspect. The fabric on the the chairs holds up as well. I've had this for over a year now and love it as much as the day I got it!!
