Gorgeous faucet, great customer support
Recently bough and personally installed the GROHE Minta faucet. It's a quality fixture with an impeccable design and relatively easy to instal. My one complaint is that the assembly instructions are in desperate need of improvement. Although I was able to decipher the majority of the assembly instruction booklet's confusing text and basic diagrams, I had to call GROHE America's customer support line to correctly understand how to install the spray attachment on the end of the faucet. The good news is that GROHE America's customer support techs actually answer the phone and are technical experts on the products. Ken understood my assembly problem, provided the solution over the phone, and even emailed how-to instructions (WITH PHOTOS!). I highly recommend this product and company.
