I got this to go in my walk in closet -- looking for something different and fun. Installation was not too bad, it comes with a cord attached that you can run along the ceiling to an outlet or cut and installed. My husband (handy but not a pro) cut and installed where the bare bulb had been. I've never seen a chandelier with a pull chain! Maybe I'll keep my closet cleaner now that it looks like so nice...

If you are looking for a cheap solution for a small space, this is it. Details and alignment of this chandelier aren't perfect if you look at it closely and it doesn't hang terrifically but for the price it serves it's purpose well. Wouldn't hang it in my dining room with the fine china but for a patio or casual breakfast area in a beach condo or your home it works great!
This product exceeded my expectations. It is bigger than I thought it would be and great quality for the price. I was expecting something smaller and not nearly as nice. It also didn't mention that it doesn't have to be hard wired in. Thought that would be a selling feature. I am extrememly pleased with this purchase and will continue to shop here.
