Once the table is assembled it looks just like the photo. I would give five stars except for the fact that it took me four hours and a half dozen blisters to put it together. I found the directions easy to follow, the table pieces well marked and plenty of hardware parts with extras. I was worried about stripping the screws and over tightening them in the soft particle board, but now that it is all together it is solid and should hold up well in our guest bedroom. I am exoecting the second one to go together much quicker.
This is a great nightstand. The style is clean & can fit in many décor styles. The shipped and arrival was fine. The instructions were good, (well my husband put it together, and I did not hear any complaints...a good thing!) The end result was just the right size, the drawers slide nicely, it is stylish & good quality night stand. Proud to have it in the guest room for my friends & family. Would I buy it again....yes. Cheers!
I carefully read the description..."wood". Even read it again after it arrived. More like wood products. the sides, top and some braces are solid wood. the rest is particle board and Masonite. as a result, when you put on the drawer sliders - the particle board split. Does look nice. Total assembly required. Guess that's why it was so cheap compared to everything else.
The nightstand is far more beautiful than it appears in the pictures, but it's an absolute nightmare to put together. It took me two nights! It's got umpteen pieces, and many of them are held together with dowels, which don't always provide the tightest joint fit (without glue). But, it's a really nice solid wood piece with great lines, and the price is right. The drawers are pretty shallow - so don't expect to be able to fit a ton of things in them.
I bought three of these great little night stands, two for my townhouse and one for the cabin. They are very nice looking and have the storage I needed. They are easy enough to assemble once you do one, the rest go really fast. I love them.
