Manufacturer should supply another lid with a lower projection on the top. I finally found a truly universal model at another supplier.

I found this cheaper on "O", however it's very thin glass, and nowhere near the thickness of the original carafe. It fits the machine and will work as a replacement, but I expect it will need replacing again soon due to it's fagility.

This carafe worked great in my Cuisinart Coffee Maker. Great price!

This product works well in a pinch; however, I would not recommend for long-term use. The biggest disappointment is that the glass is very thin and doesn't keep the coffee hot at all. You must drink your coffee within 5-10 minutes of brewing. This is totally opposite to the standard carafe that came with my Cuinsinart. The coffee temperature with the standard carafe was ideal 10 minutes up to an hour or so after brewing, but not so with this replacement.

I was typically dismayed when I broke the carafe to my Sunbeam Heritage coffee maker. I love the machine. This carafe is a perfect replacement. The manufacturer's replacement part cost more than what I paid for the whole machine! This one is truly "universal".

The Millennium carafe is a good replacement for my original pot. I was amazed on how quickly it arrived and the choice of tops made for a great match to my coffee maker. Only negatives would be that the spout is too small causing drips and worse if coffee is poured too quickly, and the the glass, while holding up very well to the task at hand, seems frail and like it would shatter if bumped too hard. Once you over come these concerns - the pot works great. I found the exact replacement pot made made for my machine on another site, but it was more than $10 more than the Millennium and the S&H jacked to more than $20 more my Overstock.com purchase..

Needed for replacement of cuisinart carafe. Most carafe's are about the same price as the coffee maker. save few bucks if coffee maker is still in good condition.

Love this coffee carafe... the two lid sizes are key. Was unable to find a carafe that would fit my older coffee maker, but this did the trick! Thanks again Overstock!

Got a notice that I had some bonus dollars coming. I really didn't need anything until I remembered that the coffee carafe was chipped. Searched Overstock and found exactly the right one, ordered it, and paid nothing, including shipping and handling. This wasn't a two for one, a dollars off coupon, just a good ol' fashioned freebie for having made a prior purchase. The carafe came with two lids so that one or the other would fit the particular model coffee maker. Nice touch. Now I have a sparkly new scratchless coffee pot and it didn't cost me a thing!

So happy we found this. I would have given this pot 5 stars if the glass was thicker. Overall, I love it because it kept me from having to buy a new coffee maker. Thank you OS!

So happy to have a replacement carafe for my expensive coffee maker, but it drips-always. you can pour a cup a coffee without it dripping.

I couldnt find a replacement for my cusinart coffee maker in any store and to buy a new one online was expensive. This one fits perfectly and works great. I'd highly recommend it.

Looks are deceiving- it did not keep the coffee hot. The top lid did not seat properly causing spills when pouring coffee or filling the container with water. It is better to replace a carafe with the same name brand product which we needed to do.

This product is a considerable saving over the manufacturer's product. It is, however, a little wobbly when placed on the coffee maker. One has to be sure that it is firmly placed.Naturally, a glass carafe is not the most durable product.

We needed to replace the carafe for our Cuisinart and didn't want to pay $30 or more for the brand name replacement. This carafe is just what we needed. It is the right size and shape, and it appears to be durable. We've been using it for a couple of weeks, and it works as well as the original. It is hard to find these in stores, so Overstock was a good deal for what we were looking for.

this carafe was advertised to fit most coffee makers, but fits neither my coffee maker at home or at work, which are different brands so its not a matter of one bad fit. I should have ordered the more expensive one offered by the coffee maker I needed it for.

There is nothing worse than breaking your coffee pot and then finding out it costs half the price of the entire coffeemaker to replace it. Before I checked Overstock, I was about to pay close to double the price and had to wait weeks because they were all on backorder. Do not hesitate to order this replacement pot. It comes with two lids so that it will fit your coffeemaker. I switched out the lids and made a pot of coffee. Enjoy.
